We then move over to Tujague’s – the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans established in 1856. We chat with Paul Gustings who runs their famous bar and we’re also joined by the terrific Kimberly Patton-Bragg, a bartender from Beachbum Barry’s Latitude 29. Both are a wealth of knowledge and hilarious to talk to!
We discuss a broad swath of cocktails and spirits. This includes ideas for summer drinks, variations on the Corpse Reviver, Chartreuse, Bitter Lemon, batching cocktails, and much more. It’s a wide-ranging conversation that is sure to inform and entertain!
