Our featured interview is from “south of the border.” We chat with Tales of the Cocktail president, Caroline Rosen, from Mexico City!

Caroline gives us an update on what’s happening with “Tales” coming up here in September from the 20th thru the 23rd. It will be a “hybrid” event with the seminars and other similar events once again taking place online, as they were in 2020. But, where safe and permissible, events in bars and other spots around the world will be coordinated as part of the proceedings, too!

We discuss the hope of the event returning to New Orleans and fully in-person in 2022. We chat about some of things Tales has been up to in recent months and how they have adapted to the current situation. Also, we touch on various topics around the spirits and hospitality industries including, of course, some of the effects the pandemic has had.

Additionally, Caroline lets us know about her current stint living in Mexico City! We talk about the scene there, the cocktail industry, mezcal, and a whole lot more!
