We’re joined by experts who work closely with Georgian producers and others in the industry to bring you inside the country’s winemaking tradition. Of course, we sample various expressions, discuss unique production methods, talk food pairings, and more!

On the first episode of The NOLADrinks Show with Bryan Dias, where we look at the wines of Georgia, we explore wines and their connected, rich culture and history from the country. We We’re joined by Noel Brockett of Georgian Wine House. We, generally, focus on the eastern portion of the country, where the majority of wine is made. We also discuss the 8,000-year history of winemaking and touch on traditional techniques, including the use of “qvevri” that brings a unique character to Georgian wine.
