On the next NOLADrinks Show on Thursday, February 16 (podcast by Friday), we first welcome Justin Baldwin of Justin Winery located in California’s Paso Robles region, recently selected by Wine Enthusiast as winery of the year. We’ll chat about the winery, their program, and other things. We’ll also talk about how Justin is this year’s Grand Marshal for the Krewe of Cork parade – part of Mardi Gras 2017 in New Orleans.
In the second hour, Mark Schettler, President of the New Orleans chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild and general manager of Bar Tonique, comes on to talk about his experiences with and the value of participating in “bartender guest shifts” in other parts of the country and world, especially when they involve charitable and awareness-raising causes.
