Hi All – On this week’s NOLADrinks Show with Bryan Dias, we talk food and beer. What more could you want as we roll into summer!

First off, good friend of the show, Adrienne Miller, who runs the beverage program for Toups’ Meatery and Toups South, joins the program. We’re starting a new semi-regular segment (tentatively called “food tour” – we need a better name – suggestions?) where Adrienne and I will do parts of the show while out and chowing down. We start off munching on some Mexican food talking about the new segment and what we might do moving forward while hanging out at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum (also home to the Museum of the American Cocktail.)

We then talk beer with certified beer judge and reviewer Sal Mortillaro and brewmaster, Matt Horney, of Old Rail Brewing Company. We sip on suds and talk summer beers, the program at Old Rail, and more while hanging out at this fantastic brewpub located on the Northshore of New Orleans in Old Mandeville.
