Hi All – Summer is nearly here (judging by the heat and humidity here in New Orleans, it already is!) As always, the season provides all kinds of fresh ingredients. This isn’t exclusive to the kitchen, it also applies to the bar! We’ll talk with two creative bartenders about this topic.

We welcome Chris Brian of Honor Bar located at Coquette and Jesse Carr of Balise and La Petite Grocery. Both are excellent at their craft and very imaginative with their respective beverage programs.

We’ll talk about what they do, how they work with their kitchens to share ingredients and flavors between the food and beverage programs, and some ideas for summer beverages.
